Balboa Dancing

I love Balboa Dancing. When performing this type of dance you can adapt your own style - take a look at the samples below and let me know what you think.

The first couple are Roman and Bridget - Dance Teachers - the ones I currently go to.

Here you see them demonstrating some of their moves.

When perfected, this style looks really great. You can adapt it to most tempo's - if something is really fast, then sticking to Pure Bal is best. Also, if the dance floor is really packed and you dont have enough room - this type of dance is the one to use.

As with any style of dancing - make sure you wear the appropriate footwear and something comfy and cool to dance in.
