My first recommendation is a dance DVD - but not an instructional one - a fun one to watch.

Take The Lead - is based on a true story about a Ballroom Dance Teacher who takes on the task of teaching Ballroom to a bunch of kids - who really only dance Hip Hop.

You'll love the music, dancing and storyline of this one - so why not give it a try.
