Natalie Cassidy

Natalie Cassidy - well known for her role in Eastenders - left the square behind her in 2007.

She is 26 yrs old and she won the Best Actress award for her role as Sonia at the 2001 British Soap Awards.

Since leaving Eastenders she has concentrated her efforts in the Theatre.

She has appeared in The Vagina Monologues, Bedroom Farce and Gertrude's Secret working with Prunella Scales.

Towards the end of 2007 she launched a fitness DVD - this has inspired many people to loose weight.
Having had some years with yo-yo dieting and at one point shed 4 stone, but is looking forward to Strictly Come Dancing - she says she is in it to win it.

All that dancing can only assist in weight loss.

Her partner for this competition is Vincent Simone - so good luck to the both of you.
