Born in Italy Roberto Bolle started dancing at the tender age of seven.
By the time he was eleven years old he had been accepted in the La Scala theatre ballet school in Milan.
When he was just twenty years old he was promoted to Principle Dancer with the same school - his appearance in Romeo and Juliet might have had something to do with that.
His freelance career started when he was twenty one.
Having danced for many famous ballet companies he has performed in numerous ballets including:-
Cinderella,
Sleeping Beauty,
Swan Lake and
The Nutcracker - to name a few.
