Live from London - courtesy of the BBC.

First couple to take to the dance floor were Phil Tufnell and Katya Virshilas dancing the Cha Cha Cha.

Katya wore Silver and Gold.

The judges said they wanted to see more Rhythm in this evenings Cha Cha. They said Phil gave a 'cheeky' performance. However his footwork needed a little more wrok - they said he was a little 'flat-footed'.

The couple scored 22 making a grand total of 51.

Second couple up were Craig Kelly and Flavia Cacace dancing the Rumba.

Flavia wore Silver and a Burnt Orange colour gown.

The judges said they wanted the Rumba to have 'good hip action'. They said his performance was a little 'clumsy' - however one judge said he'd made a real effort. They commented he had good focus - but he was a little 'mechanical'. His walks forward were a little awkward.

The couple scored 22 making a grand total of 44.

Third couple to perform were Laila Rouass and Anton Du Beke dancing the Cha Cha Cha.

Laila wore Blue.

The judges liked her spins but said she was a 'little out of sync' at times. It was a 'safe' performance. They said she did very well but it lacked 'attack'.

The couple scored 25 making a grand total of 55.

Fourth couple to dance were Zoe Lucker and James Jordan dancing the Rumba.

Zoe wore a Black outfit.

The judges said the chemistry was good - a good all round performance. They said Zoe had 'the whole package'. However one of the judges said it was 'over raunchy'.

The couple scored 31 making a grand total of 61.

Fifth couple on the dance floor were Jo Wood and Brendan Cole dancing the Rumba.

Jo wore a Brownish coloured dress.

The judges said she tried her best but one judge said it was better when she stood still.

The couple only scored 18 making a grand total of 36.

Sixth couple to take to the floor were Richard Dunwoody and Lilia Copylova dancing the Cha Cha Cha.

Lilia wore a Silver and Blue outfit.

The judges said Richard was confident and it was lively, another said he was adorable but didn't have any natural rhythm. One said it was a wooden performance and he lost it half way through.

The couple scored 19 making a grand total of 38.

Seventh couple to dance were Ricky Whittle and Natalie Lowe dancing the Rumba.

Natalie wore a Pink and Gold dress.

The judges said Ricky's dance was 'fluid' and in control. A very confident performance. However one judge said he needed a 'blend of movement' in his dance.

The couple scored 32 making a grand total of 65.

Last couple up were Natalie Cassidy and Vincent Simone dancing the Cha Cha Cha.

Natalie wore a Gold and Blue dress.

The judges said she needed to give more energy to it and her technique needs to be worked on, one judge said she went wrong a few times.

The couple scored 26 making a grand total of 50.

The two couples in the dance off were - Craig Kelly and Flavia Cacace - and Richard Dunwoody and Lilia Popylova.
