Strictly Come Dancing 2009

Strictly Come Dancing 2009 - is back on our screens on Friday 18th September.

If you're anything like me you will be glued to your screens as each week the couples take to the dance floor to compete for this year's competition.

There are a total of 16 stars who are taking part this year.

They will each have a Professional dance partner who will guide them through their steps.

Rehearsals will be tough and they will all put in many hours of practice - some of them have never danced like this before.
