This weeks 14 couples are dancing either a high speed Quickstep or a Paso Doble.

First couple to dance were Ali Bastian and Brian Fortuna dancing the Quickstep.

The performance went well, they looked very smooth.

The judges said it should be a bright and lively dance - they liked their choreography. They said it was a 'classy routine'. One judge said "magnificent lines".

The couple scored a total of 32 points.


Next couple up were Lynda Bellingham and Darren Bennett dancing the Paso Doble.

Lynda acted her part very well.

The judges said they wanted drama and Lynda kept in character, but they said it needed more flavour. They added, however, it was possibly her best dance so far. One judge said it lacked connection.

The couple scored a total of 25 points.


Third couple to perform were Chris Hollins and Ola Jordan - dancing the Quickstep.

It was a fast performance.

The judges said Chris was quite a natural dancer - but this was a little flat. They said he went wrong a few times and that his kicks were out of time, but thought he managed to pull it off.

The couple scored a total of 23 points.


Fourth to dance were Zoe Lucker and James Jordan dancing the Paso Doble.

The performance seemed to go very well.

The judges said she had good lines but she was a little restrained. They said she was in control and that she was a talented dancer.

The couple scored a total of 31 points.


Fifth on the floor were Rav Wilding and Aliona Vilani - dancing the Quickstep.

They seemed to really enjoy the performance.

The judges said it was 'disjointed' and it needed to be lighter and smoother. However, they added Rav captured the fun of the dance.

The couple scored a total of 20 points.


Sixth couple up were Natalie Cassidy and Vincent Simone dancing the Paso Doble.

The routine they did was very good.

The judges said she brought drama to the dance and her posture had improved. One judge said her arms were inconsistent and her back needed more strength.

The couple scored a total of 28 points.


Seventh couple to dance were Craig Kelly and Flavia Cacace dancing the Quickstep.

It was a fast paced routine.

The judges said it was a disaster - the foot work and the timing were bad. They said it lacked 'musicality', it also went wrong in a number of places.

The couple scored a total of 21 points.


Eighth couple up were Ricky Whittle and Natalie Lowe dancing the Paso Doble.

It was a really good performance.

The judges said Ricky's arms were out of sync at one point but that it was a top notch performance!

The couple scored a total of 35 points.


Couple nine were Jade Johnson and Ian Waite dancing the Quickstep.

It was an energetic, lively performance.

The judges said they had lovely flowing movements and that she did well. It was light footed and her arms were much better this week.

The couple scored a total of 31 points.


The tenth couple to dance were - Joe Calzaghe and Kristina Rihanoff dancing the Paso Doble.

The routine was good.

One judge said Joe had improved but another said it lacked a certain 'sparkle'. They said his timing was out and he needed to listen to the music and he was a little stiff.

The couple scored a total of 19 points.


Couple Eleven were Laila Rouass and Anton Du Beke dancing the Quickstep.

The performance went well.

The judges said the footwork went to pieces in places and the timing was sometimes out. They added it was 'classy' and said the choreography was good.

The couple scored a total of 30 points.


Couple number twelve were Jo Wood and Brendan Cole dancing the Paso Doble.

It was a good routine.

The judges said her central core was not good making her look very heavy, but there was some improvement. They said it was well acted though but her balance needs a little work.

The couple scored a total of 20 points.


Couple thirteen were Phil Tufnell and Katya Virshilas dancing the Quickstep.

It was a lively routine.

The judges said the footwork was ok but he went wrong at the end. They said the chemistry on the whole was good.

The couple scored a total of 24 points.


Last couple of the evening was Ricky Groves and Erin Boag dancing the Paso Doble.

A very entertaining, dramatic performance, with plenty of attitude.

The judges said it was "genius" - it had "comedy". One judge said "he was like a bull". Another, "it was high energy he should be proud".

The couple scored a total of 29 points.


Votes were finally counted and the 2 couples with the lowest scores in the dance-off were - Lynda Bellingham and Darren Bennett against Rav Wilding and Aliona Vilani.

The couple the judges decided should leave were - Rav and Aliona.
