This weeks 13 couples are dancing either a Foxtrot or a Salsa.

First couple to dance were Zoe Lucker and James Jordan dancing the Foxtrot.

What an excellent start to the evening.

The judges said it was a well accomplished performance. They said the dance suited Zoe - a 'glistening' performance.

The couple scored a total of 33 points.


Second couple to perform were Chris Hollins and Ola Jordan - dancing the Salsa.

Another good performance.

The judges said Chris was a little 'self-concious' - but he was a good dancer. They said the timing was ok but it lacked energy.

The couple scored a total of 25 points.


Third couple to dance were Lynda Bellingham and Darren Bennett dancing the Foxtrot.

It was a good performance.

The judges remarked it was 'too straight' and 'too stiff' - it didn't flow. One judge said it was simple and effective. A pleasant dance.

The couple scored a total of 24 points.


Fourth couple up were Ali Bastian and Brian Fortuna dancing the Salsa.

The performance had loads of movement, they did really well, some good moves.

The judges commented it was very sexy with great control and good arm movements - the choreography was also good. One judge said she could really deliver, however she didn't really 'drive' it all the way, but the judges loved it.

The couple scored a total of 32 points.


Fifth couple to dance were Jo Wood and Brendan Cole dancing the Foxtrot.

It was a good effort.

The judges said Brendan was 'putting her into each position'. They said Jo relies on him too much. They said it was shakey but had moments of confidence.

The couple scored a total of 20 points.


Sixth couple up were Natalie Cassidy and Vincent Simone dancing the Salsa.

A lively performance.

The judges said she came out and delivered, however her top half didn't co-ordinate with her bottom half. Another said a good mix of steps and good attitude.

The couple scored a total of 29 points.


Seventh couple were Joe Calzaghe and Kristina Rihanoff dancing the Foxtrot.

It was a good effort.

The judges said he'd improved. He does need to straighten his back more, he was also dancing a little stiff. They also said he didn't seem to be in beat with the music.

The couple scored a total of 20 points.


Eighth couple on the floor were Laila Rouass and Anton Du Beke dancing the Foxtrot.

The performance was very smooth.

The judges remarked it was the best Foxtrot of the night. Very smooth and controlled with good musicality, they said it was very classy.

The couple scored a total of 34 points.


Ninth couple up were Ricky Whittle and Natalie Lowe dancing the Salsa.

The choreography was good and they performed well.

The judge said good hip action but he lost his timing a little. They loved the routine, it was a good job.

The couple scored a total of 32 points.


Tenth couple were Craig Kelly and Flavia Cacace dancing the Foxtrot.

It was a good attempt.

The judges said his frame was a disaster, not a great performance, but another said it was a gallant effort. A good job on a tough dance, they said he needs to drive the dance more.

The couple scored a total of 24 points.


Eleventh couple were Jade Johnson and Ian Waite dancing the Salsa.

Some good moves in this performance.

Judges said it was fun but her steps are a little large. Lots of energy. An explosion of colour but sometimes she lost her beat.

The couple scored a total of 29 points.


Couple number twelve were Ricky Groves and Erin Boag dancing the Foxtrot.

It was a good attempt.

The judges said he needs to relax his shoulders, not a bad attempt. A step in the right direction.

The couple scored a total of 28 points.


Last couple to dance were Phil Tufnell and Katya Virshilas dancing the Salsa.

A brave attempt.

The judges said Phil did very well - they said he captured the flavour of the dance.

The couple scored a total of 24 points.


Votes were finally counted and the 2 couples with the lowest scores in the dance-off were - Lynda Bellingham and Darren Bennett against Craig Kelly and Flavia Cacace

The couple the judges decided should leave were - Lynda and Darren.
